It's an all sub-continent affair as Bangladesh meet Afghanistan at the spin friendly Rose Bowl for a must win 2019 Cricket World Cup match. I am tipping Shakib Al Hasan and Tamim Iqbal in the over/under runs scored market due to their superb recent performances with the bat.

Shakib Al Hasan scored 41 runs against Australia and is the second highest run scorer at the World Cup. I am tipping him to score over 38.5 runs at 1.90. The upturn of Tamim Iqbal’s foms ensures that he is worth backing to score over 36.5 runs.

Afghanistan came within a whisker of causing the biggest upset in Cricket World Cup history in their last outing against India. Spinners Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Mohammad Nabi and Rashid Khan were superb with the ball at the Rose Bowl restricting India to 224 runs.

Despite the target being a modest one Afghanistan were never expected to win. Their batsmen have struggled throughout the World Cup but thanks to Mohammad Nabi’s 52 they came within 11 runs of a famous victory.

In a match that will likely be spin dominant at the Rose Bowl, Afghanistan can be backed at 4.33 for victory. My focus will however fall upon the match runs market in what I believe will be another low scoring encounter.

Considering that the last match at the Rose Bowl was a difficult batting wicket, I am backing this match to have under 510.5 runs at 1.90.
