Sundowns’ last six matches have all been in the inaugural African Football League. They haven’t played in the DSTV Premiership since late September but they sit at the summit with four matches in hand.

In the AFL semi-final, they beat Al Ahly 1-0 at home in the first leg before a 0-0 away draw thanks to a missed penalty from their opponents. In the final first leg, they lost 2-1 away at Wydad Casablanca.

Their last match saw a 2-0 home win in the second leg. Sundowns won 2-1 on aggregate and lifted the trophy.

Coach Rhulani Mokwena had several players on international duty over the last fortnight. Defender Mothobi Mvala is injured and left back Aubrey Modiba is set for a rest.

Winger Lucas Ribeiro is fit after injury. Fellow attacker Junior Mendieta returns from suspension.

Nouadhibou reached this stage after beating Real Bamako 4-1 on aggregate in the last round. They sit top of the Mauritanian Premier League after seven rounds.

A 3-0 win at Real Bamako preceded a 1-1 draw in the second leg. Six league matches have followed with four wins and two draws (WDDWWW).

A 2-0 win at Pompiers was followed by a 2-0 home success over Gendrim. They won 1-0 at Nouakchott King's in their last match before the FIFA break.

Coach Aritz Lopez Garay has a clean bill of health for this match. Defender Soukrana Mheimid returns from suspension.

Senegalese forward Ousmane Faye is set to return to the starting XI.
