India and Syria will meet for the tenth time in Monday's Intercontinental Cup clash. India lead the H2H record with four wins to Syria's two. Five of their six most recent encounters saw less than three goals scored.

India Form

India's winless run extended to nine matches after they were held to a goalless draw against Mauritius last week. A miserable run of form has seen the Blue Tigers fail to win 15 of their last 16 matches since June 2023.

A lack of attacking firepower remains a serious issue for Manolo Márquez's men. India scored just three goals in their last ten matches played over the past ten months.
