France lost their opening Nations League match, 3-1 against Italy after Bradley Barcola scored in the 1st minute. They then won three straight, two against Belgium either side of a 4-1 win against Israel in Budapest.

Les Bleus had 71% possession and 24-3 shots against Israel in Paris, ending with 8-1 shots on target but unable to beat Daniel Peretz in a 0-0 draw.

Didier Deschamps’ side has to win in Italy to take top spot in Group 2 and they did just that in Milan. Adrien Rabiot scored twice as France took their chances, Lucas Digne registering two assists.

Verdict

Croatia v France

Croatia can score in Split, but stopping the likes of Kylian Mbappé and Ousmane Dembélé will be a tough challenge. BTTS is my only selection in the Nations League.
